Order Processing, Shipping & Billing
Every effort will be made to process orders within 1 business day of receipt.
Hours of operation: 8am-5pm CST Monday through Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and legal holidays.
To cancel an order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or legal holidays.
Orders may be delayed by out-of-stock items or unforseen difficulties.
How much time do you need to process my order before it is shipped?
Normally, cables and accessories will be shipped within two business days if the items are in stock and there are no payment verification issues.
Because our product lines support multiple applications on common hardware platforms, we generally keep the hardware components in stock but perform final assembly, testing and packaging after an order is received. These products normally ship within 3-5 business days if all of the required components are in stock. Large orders may experience longer delays.
You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processoring or verification of your billing/shipping address or payment information. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.
